Helsinki – Finland’s capital for 200 years

In November the Sytkyt Puppet Theatre toured Finland from Inari to Porvoo with a show on the history of Helsinki. After the show, the children created stories and drawings of their own hometowns. Children from all around Finland offer their congratulations to the 200-year-old capital and its younger inhabitants in the exhibition at the Post Museum.

Sytkyt will draw on the children's stories to create a puppet show that takes place across Finland.

Performances on Helsinki Day, 12 June 2012 at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
